Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. For US orders, in-stock items typically arrive in 7-15 business days. International orders take 10-25 business days. Pre-owned PC hardware and custom keyboard builds may require additional handling before shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All US orders over $99.00 ship free. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.99. Express shipping is available at checkout for $19.99 (3-7 business days).
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes, which vary by country. Your shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking typically activates within 24-48 hours. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@annagoalstore.com.
Products & Quality
Are your used hardware products tested?
Absolutely. Every pre-owned product in our store is tested before listing. CPUs are benchmarked and stress-tested under load. GPUs run 2+ hour benchmark sessions. RAM is verified with MemTest86 (zero errors). Storage drives include a full S.M.A.R.T. health report. Keyboards and mice are function-tested on every switch, stabilizer, and button. If it does not pass, we do not sell it.
Do you offer custom keyboard building services?
Yes. We can assemble a custom mechanical keyboard based on your choice of layout, switch type, keycap profile, and case material. Contact us with your preferences and we will provide a quote. Build times depend on component availability.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy on used hardware?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. If a product arrives defective or does not match its description, we provide a full refund or replacement including return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be in original condition and you cover return shipping. Custom-built keyboards are subject to our customization policy — please contact us before initiating a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted payment system.
