At AnnaGoal, we make sure your custom mechanical keyboard arrives safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take 3-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

United States

International
We ship to 42 countries. International delivery typically takes 10-20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Taxes & Duties
United States: All shipments to the US include prepaid duties and taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see at checkout is the final price — no additional customs fees upon delivery. This applies under Section 212, effective until July 24, 2026.
Other countries: Most countries include duties and taxes in the checkout price (DDP). For countries where DDP is not available, customs duties and import taxes may be charged separately by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. You will be notified at checkout if DDP applies to your destination.
Check with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@annagoalstore.com.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
