Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase from AnnaGoal, we are here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging where applicable.

Used Hardware Returns

We test every pre-owned component thoroughly before listing, so defects are rare. But if a product arrives defective or does not match its listing description:

  • We provide a full refund including return shipping
  • Or we can offer a replacement of equal or comparable value
  • Please include your order number and a description of the issue when contacting us

Custom Mechanical Keyboards

Custom-built keyboards assembled to your specifications are eligible for return only if defective or if the build does not match the agreed configuration. Change-of-mind returns on custom builds are not accepted due to the bespoke nature of assembly. Please confirm your component choices carefully before placing a custom order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built keyboards (exception: defect or configuration error)
  • Keycap sets that have been opened and mounted on switches
  • Software-downloadable products or digital codes
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@annagoalstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing depends on your payment provider.

Need to exchange an item for a different model or size? Contact us first. We will guide you through the process and let you know if any price difference applies.
